Stick Control Exercises
My morning practice and actually basic warm up; single strokes, double strokes and paradidle strokes for 2 measures
1) 80 to 150 bpm about 20 minutes
2) 100 to 160bpm for 10 minutes

3) Measure division exercises like yesterdat at 80bpm almost 10 minutes
4) Moeller stroke exercises from Jim Chapin
10 minutes
